These infrastructure is old as it can get 50′s, cylinders are so old. In CANADA YOU CANNOT USE CYLINDERS WHOCH IS MORE THAN 10YEARS OLD BECAUSE OF DANGER OF EXPLOSION, LEAKS TO INDIVIDUALS AND HAS CYLIDER SERIAL NUMBER WHICH MUST BE INSPECTED BEFORE AND WILL DETERMINE HOW OLD SUCH CYLINDER.
